I don’t teach drummers what to play —
I teach them how to think.
For years, I was surrounded by incredible drummers who could play anything…
yet struggled to explain why it worked.
That disconnect always bothered me.
Most drumming education focuses on:
exercises
licks
chops
But when it comes to decision-making, flow, and real musical freedom, the teaching suddenly stops.
That’s where my work began.

I’ve played in real-world professional settings — bands, theatre shows, tours — where hesitation isn’t an option. From the biggest stadium shows in Germany to the smallest pub in Ireland, I've seen it all
.
I studied at music college in Rotterdam the highest music education in Europe. Attended countless clinics and masterclasses, and spent years watching what great drummers do instinctively.
Then I did something most people don’t:
I slowed it all down and reverse-engineered it.

I believe freedom comes from:
- constraints
- systems
- clear decision-making
I don’t give you 650 fills.
I give you tools that create infinite variation.
That’s why students often tell me:
“This finally clicks.”
“This makes practice fun again.”
“I understand what I’m doing now.”
My role is to translate complexity into clarity —
so you can stop thinking…
and start flowing.
